Ornamental Conifer & Hedging SpecialistsWe are New Zealand’s only specialist conifer nursery. The Nursery was started in 1974 by David and Noeline Sampson and remained a family business until 2011. Cedar Lodge Nurseries was then Purchased by the previous nursery managers Pip and Luke Webster. In 2018 the Nursery and Christmas trees moved to a Custom designed site at 123 Paraite Road in Bellblock. Sadly Luke passed away in 2023- but Pip continues on with the dream running the Garden centre, Markets, Christmas shop and Christmas trees. Over 20 years experience in the industry means she has a wealth of knowledge and can help with many of your gardening questions.
The Garden centre Pips Plant Place on Paraite is open 10-4 Thursday – Sunday
Our Markets are held on the 1st Saturday of each month from 10-2
The Christmas shop opens November 2nd 2024
Santas Christmas trees Open on the 23rd of November and from then hours are 9 am – 7 pm Daily until 23rd December or while stocks last.
